Where can I locate the serial/product number?

Your product serial number can normally be found on the back, underside or in the battery compartment (if applicable) of your product - as part of the bar code label. Serial numbers are normally presented in a 6 number 2 letter 6 number format.

What Proof of Purchase do I need to provide?

All claims must include a valid tax invoice including order number from a participating retailer.

How will I receive my gift?

After your claim has been approved you will receive tracking details and a tracking URL. Your gift will be delivered to the address you provide.

How long will it take to receive my gift?

Please allow for 4-6 weeks for fulfilment of your gift

Who are the participating retailers?

Are multiple claims permitted?

Multiple claims are permitted provided each claim is submitted with a valid proof of purchase for a unique Pure radio.
