To be eligible for this Promotion, a participant:

- must purchase a Promotional Product in the Promotional Period from one of the Participating Retailers;
- must be aged 16 or older at the time of purchase; and
- must be a resident of Australia at the time of purchase.

Employees of the Promoter and its associated companies, Participating Retailers and agencies associated with this Promotion cannot become eligible participants. “Employees” means any directors, management, employees, concessionaires, consultants, officers and contractors or other such people who perform work under the control of another in exchange for payment.

The Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an eligible participant in its absolute discretion.


Online claims for this Promotion will be processed by Pro-Logic International Pty Ltd (ABN 100 259 587)


1. Promotion

1.1 This promotion is only available on purchases made of any Promotional Product within Australia from Participating Retailers during the Promotional Period.

1.2 GWP claims must be submitted in full by the Claim Deadline. All other products, variations on colour, accessories and retailers are excluded from this promotion

1.3 A purchase has occurred once upfront, full and final payment has been made by the participant for the Promotional Product and excludes lay-by purchases. 

1.4 Purchases of second hand, refurbished or reconditioned products will not be eligible for this Promotion, including purchases of any Promotional Product from parties which are not Participating Retailers.

2. How to participate

2.1 To participate in this Promotion, a participant must:  

a. purchase a Promotional Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period; and
b. submit a valid claim by the Claim Deadline.

2.2 Before the Claim Deadline, participants must complete an online claim form, accessible on

2.3 by providing all verification details required, including but not limited to:

a. Participating Retailer;
b. Model of the Promotional Product;
c. Serial number of the Promotional Product;
d. Date of purchase;
e. Full name of the participant;
f. E-mail address;
g. Phone number; and
h. Delivery address

2.4 For a claim to be valid, participants must also provide proof of purchase by scanning, uploading and attaching a valid tax invoice to the online claim form referred to in clause 2.2, which must include the order number from a Participating Retailer.

2.5 The Promotional Products are subject to availability. The Promoter will not be liable for the failure of Participating Retailers to fulfil orders of Promotional Products during the Promotional Period, and some stores of Participating Retailers may not offer the Promotional Products. 

2.6 The Promoter will not process claims which are incomplete or illegible under the requirements of the Promotion.

2.7 Participants may only make one (1) claim per Promotional Product purchased.

2.8 Participants may make no more than five (5) claims during the Promotional Period.

2.9 By completing the online claim form and submitting a claim, the participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.   

3. Notifications

3.1 The Promoter will employ its best endeavours to notify each eligible participant by email whether their claim is deemed valid or invalid within ten business days of the end of the Promotional Period.

3.2 If a claim is deemed valid, the eligible participant will receive GWP as specified in section 4 (How to receive your GWP) below.

3.3 If a claim cannot be fully assessed and the Promoter requires further information in order to determine the outcome of a claim, the Promoter may inform the eligible participant by email (Notification Email). The eligible participant will then have ten (10) business days from the date of the Notification Email to provide the requested information to the Promoter, unless expressly stated otherwise in the Notification Email. The Promoter reserves the right to deem any claim submitted invalid if an eligible participant fails to provide the required information within the time specified.

4. How to receive your GWP

4.1 Within four (4) to six (6) weeks of being notified of a valid claim, an eligible participant with a valid claim will receive the relevant gift for each respective Promotional Product, referred to in the Key Terms.

5. Liability

5.1 The Promoter, the Promoter’s related entities, the Participating Retailers and all agencies associated with the Promotion, and the employees, agents, directors and contractors of all entities referred to in this clause, shall not be liable for any loss or claim, action, demand, liability, damage, cost, expense or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential loss), incurred, suffered or sustained by any person or entity in connection with, or arising from, the Promotion or acceptance of a GWP, except that which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law).

6. Privacy and personal information

6.1 The Promoter’s collection, use and disclosure of personal information (PI) is subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which is accessible at

6.2 The Promoter collects PI in order to conduct the Promotion and that is relevant to the conducting of the Promotion, and may for this purpose disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to the Processor, Supplier, Participating Retailers, agents, contractors and service providers and to any Government authorities and agencies. Receipt of the Cashback is conditional on participants providing requested PI to the Promoter and without this PI, the Promoter cannot process the participant’s claim. If the participant opts-in by ticking the opt-in box at the time of submitting an online claim form, participants consent to the PI they submit with the online claim form being entered into the Promoter’s, Supplier’s, and the Processor’s database and/or the databases of the Promoter’s, Supplier’s and the Processor’s affiliate companies.

6.3 The participant acknowledges that by ticking the opt-in box at the time of submitting an online claim form, the PI provided in relation to this Promotion may be used by the Promoter to promote, market, or publicise, other products and services to the participant or to contact the participant for research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the participant, without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the participant.

6.4 A request to access, update or correct any PI or to opt out of receiving any communications can be made by contacting the Promoter’s Privacy Compliance Officer at

7. General conditions

7.1 Each person who participates in this Promotion is responsible for ensuring his or her familiarity with these terms and conditions. By lodging a claim, a participant is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision not to enforce a specific restriction does not constitute a waiver of that restriction or of these terms and conditions generally.

7.2 The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of these terms and conditions and the Promotion is final and binding on every person who participates.

7.3 This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

7.4 This Promotion may be extended at the Promoter’s absolute discretion.

7.5 Each participant who participates in this Promotion can only participate in their own name. Each participant who enters using another alias will be disqualified.

7.6 All participants acknowledge that the Promoter can rely on these terms and conditions even if the Promoter only learns of a participant’s ineligibility after the Promoter has awarded the GWP to the ineligible person. Receiving of the GWP to the Promoter may be required by the Promoter if this occurs.

7.7 Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. Participants are responsible for ensuring their correct personal information and contact email address are provided and any updated details are notified to the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility should an eligible participant fail to receive their GWP because of a failure to notify the Promoter of correct details or of a change to their details, or for providing invalid information.

7.8 Claims are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter's database, not time of transmission by the participant.

7.9 The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, declare any claim invalid, exclude claims and/or eligible participants, if the participant:

a. disrupts, annoys, abuses, threatens, harasses or attempts to do any of these things to the Promoter, another participant or potential participant of, or anyone else associated with, this Promotion;
b. submits a claim that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the claim process;
c. engages in conduct in relation to this Promotion which is misleading, deceptive, fraudulent or damaging to the Promoter's goodwill or reputation; or
d. has not purchased the Promotional Product for bona fide, personal or commercial use (e.g. for resale purposes).

7.10 If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate, subject to any directions from any relevant authority.
